Booking terms
Template text, to be approved by the villa before going live.
Payment
The stay is paid online when booking, by card via Stripe, in euros, Swiss francs or dirhams. Tourist tax and extras are paid on site.
Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. The villa contacts you by WhatsApp or email to arrange your arrival. If the suite is no longer available, you are refunded in full.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, full refund. Less than 7 days before arrival, the first night is due.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed after booking. Reception is open 24/7.
House rules
Non-smoking villa, no pets. The number of guests may not exceed the suite’s capacity.
